Together with the client, we set the following goals:
- increase the visibility of the branch network on Google,
- provide customers with up-to-date information,
- build awareness of the bank as friendly and trustworthy,
- respond to all customer reviews as close to real time as possible,
- maintain control and a consistent brand image on Google Maps.
We took the following actions:
- organized and regularly updated key information across all locations,
- published content consistently — news and offers,
- ensured prompt responses to new reviews, with the client actively encouraging customers to leave feedback.
We also implemented performance monitoring:
- added analytics to Profiles to measure the effectiveness of traffic from Maps to the website,
- regularly reported results and compared them with historical data.
