At the start of our collaboration, together with the client, we defined the following goals:
- increase visits to both the website and physical stores,
- improve the brand image on Google Maps,
- align Profiles with the brand’s communication style,
- respond to customer reviews,
- react to changes made by users and Google.
To achieve these goals, we took the following actions:
- performed technical optimization of the Profiles and completed all essential information,
- regularly updated the offer with relevant and accurate content,
- unified brand communication and enhanced the visual aesthetics of the Profiles,
- improved the local SEO performance of the Profiles.
We continuously monitored progress toward our goals:
- implemented analytics within the Profiles, allowing us to measure the effectiveness of traffic from Maps to the website,
- regularly reported results and compared them with historical data.
