Business listing effectiveness assessment included in reports and statistics

With growAp, you can easily analyze the effectiveness of Business Profiles. In the analytics module, you can check popularity statistics (searches), visibility (views), and user engagement (clicks).

Business Profile popularity and visibility reports

We provide statistics showing the popularity of your business listings: Business Profile views from search engine and Google Maps, searched keywords along with the number of those searches. Available data can be analyzed collectively – for the entire brand, but you can also check results achieved by individual business listings. You can filter statistics and compare data year over year. Importantly, historical data from before starting work with growAp also appears in the application.

Customer engagement statistics on business listings

growAp allows you to assess customer engagement and how this activity translates into conversions. In the analytics module, you can check website link clicks, directions requests, or phone number clicks, which often correlate with calls made to your business. Additionally, depending on the industry and category of your business listings, you will be able to analyze menu clicks, for example. You can filter and analyze data collectively – for the brand – or individually – for specific Business Profiles.

Data download and report generation

All data available in growAp can be exported and downloaded as a CSV file. You can then work with it using your own analytical tools (e.g., import data from the file to Looker Studio or Microsoft Power BI dashboards). At the same time, there is a function to download an aesthetically prepared PDF report that you can show at management meetings, marketing department, or team responsible for digital activities, PR, branding.

Yes. Using the API, our application retrieves all statistics available in Google Manager. You will see the same data as in the administrative panel with the difference that in growAp you can easily browse data from all or selected business listings in one place. Additionally, after connecting individual locations to the application, you immediately get access to historical data from the last 18 months. Then growAp will automatically archive new data, so you can compare results year over year, for example.

Yes. In growAp, the number of searches – queries entered by users into the search engine – is available, which we can check both for the entire brand and individual locations. Currently in Manager, the number of searches is available only for specific establishments – so you cannot conduct a collective analysis for the entire brand. In our application, this is possible.

Yes. At any time you can go to the analytics module, review available data, use a ready PDF report, or download data in CSV and then work with it in external tools.

Data on results generated by business listings can be found in the analytics module in growAp. Statistics are available at all times, and you can download reports in PDF or CSV format at any time.
