Yes. The first step is setting up email notifications. The second is responding using tools like the response builder or defined templates. The third is reporting reviews for removal through Google support, which can be handled by a dedicated growAp specialist. However, this isn’t simple as the system rarely removes 1-star reviews without content.

Google doesn’t allow removal of reviews if they comply with guidelines and don’t violate policies. Unfortunately, through the growAp application or directly in Manager, there’s no possibility to remove reviews rejected by Google.
