Regulations of the GROWAP.EU WEBSITE

The following Terms and Conditions specify the rules of use of the website at growap.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Website) operated by Greenfields Sienkiewicz Spółka Komandytowa (hereinafter referred to as Greenfields), Aleja Dębowa 21 (1. piętro), 53-121 Wrocław, [email protected].

1. By using the online store www.wszystko-do-okien.pl and accepting the regulations, the Customer confirms that he has read the content of these regulations and accepts all their provisions and undertakes to comply with them. . 
2. These Regulations set out:

• the technical conditions necessary for the use of the Site;
• the rules of use of the Site.

3. To browse the Store’s website, you need a terminal device with access to the Internet and an up-to-date version of a web browser. 
4. If the technical specifications of your browser are not met, the Website will inform you of this by a separate message when you access the Website, at the same time informing you that you need to install a suitable browser or update it.
5. When using the Store, Buyers are prohibited from providing illegal content that violates the law or decency. The Customer is also obliged to refrain from any activity that could negatively affect the proper functioning of the Store, including in particular any interference with the content of the bel-pol.pl online store or its technical elements. It is also prohibited to use the Store for purposes contrary to its intended purpose.
6. Browsing the goods offered in the Store does not require registration.
7. The information on the Website does not constitute an offer to conclude a contract within the meaning of the Civil Code, which means, among other things, that Greenfields may refuse to conclude a contract in particularly justified cases, in particular to protect its assets.
8. By accepting the Regulations, the User agrees to:

1. use the Site to comply with these Regulations and the law;
2. use the Site in a manner that does not interfere with its operation;
3. use any content posted on the pages for personal use only.

9. The following Electronic Services are available on the Site: Newsletter, Contact Form. The rules for the Newsletter are set out in the Newsletter Regulations.
10. The content on the website does not constitute expert advice on an individual case and Greenfields is not liable for any consequences of the advice.
11. Greenfields reserves the right to amend these Regulations for important reasons, such as in particular

• the need to adapt the regulations to legal provisions having a direct impact on these regulations and resulting in the need to modify the regulations in order to comply with the law;
• the need to adapt the regulations to the recommendations, orders, rulings, resolutions, interpretations, guidelines or decisions of authorized public authorities;
• expansion or change of functionality of the Store, including the introduction of new services provided electronically or change of existing functionalities of the Store;
• the need to remove any ambiguities, errors or clerical errors that might appear in the regulations;
• change of contact details, names, identification numbers, electronic addresses or links included in the regulations;
• counteracting abuses;
• force majeure;
• in other situations when it will aim to make the operation of the Store and the quality of the services provided more attractive.

12. Any changes will be posted on the website www.wszystko-do-okien.pl and will enter into force on the day of their publication.
13.  The Customer’s use of the Store’s portal or services after introducing changes to the regulations constitutes their acceptance.
14. In accordance with applicable regulations, Greenfields informs you that the use of electronically provided services may involve risks.
15. The Regulations are subject to the provisions of law generally applicable in the Republic of Poland. In matters not regulated by these regulations, generally applicable provisions will apply, in particular: the Civil Code, the Act on Consumer Rights, the Act on the provision of electronic services and others.
16. For statistical purposes and to ensure the highest quality of services, the Store uses information saved by the server on the Customer’s end device, which is then read each time a web browser is connected (so-called cookies).  
17. By accepting these Regulations, the User acknowledges that all copyrights and all trademarks associated with the Site belong to Greenfields (or it holds the relevant licences) and are protected by law.

The Newsletter Regulations 

These Regulations define the rules for provision of the “Newsletter” service by Greenfields Sienkiewicz Spółka Komandytowa (hereinafter referred to as Greenfields) operating the Site at the address: growap.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

1. To use the Newsletter service, you need a terminal device with access to the Internet and an up-to-date version of a web browser and an active e-mail account.
2. The Newsletter can be used by a natural person with full legal capacity, and in cases provided for by generally applicable regulations, also by a natural person with limited legal capacity; a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, which is granted legal capacity by law, using or intending to use an electronic service. If the Service Recipient is a person with limited legal capacity, if necessary, he/she undertakes to obtain legally effective consent of his/her legal representative to conclude an agreement for the provision of the Newsletter service (hereinafter also referred to as: “Agreement”) and to provide such consent to the Administrator’s request.
3. The contract has the character of a contract commonly concluded in minor, current matters of everyday life.
4. The Newsletter service is provided at the request of the Service Recipient after concluding the Agreement, it includes the receipt by Service Recipients who have provided their e-mail address of commercial information regarding the products and services of Greenfields and third parties with which Greenfields cooperates, in particular about goods , new products, discounts and marketing campaigns.
5. Using the Newsletter service is possible after: providing your e-mail address in the appropriate field on the growap.eu website and accepting the provisions of these Regulations and Privacy Policy.
6. The Newsletter service is voluntary and free of charge.
7.  The Newsletter service is provided for an indefinite period of time.
8. The Service Recipient may resign from the Newsletter at any time by sending such arequest to email: [email protected] 
9. Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 and section 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we would like to inform you that:

2. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent exclusively for the transmission of marketing offers, commercial information by the Administrator.

• the need to adapt the Regulations to legal provisions having a direct impact on these Regulations and resulting in the need to modify the Regulations in order to comply with the law;
• the need to adapt the Regulations to the recommendations, orders, rulings, resolutions, interpretations, guidelines or decisions of authorized public authorities;
• expansion or change of the functionality of the Newsletter;
• in other situations when it will aim to make the functioning of the Newsletter service more attractive.

12. Any amendments to the Regulations shall be posted on the Website and shall come into force on the date of their publication.

13. The Service User’s use of the Newsletter service after introducing changes to the Regulations constitutes their acceptance.

14. In accordance with applicable regulations, Greenfields informs that the use of services provided electronically may involve risk.
