Greenfields Sienkiewicz Sp. k., the owner of the growap.eu service, makes every effort to ensure that your privacy is properly protected. In order to implement lawful, transparent and secure processing of your personal data, we adopt this Privacy Policy, which has been in effect since May 25, 2018.
The Privacy Policy refers to GDPR, i.e., Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). The document specifies what data and on what principles we process and how we care for their security and your rights.

Scope, Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data
In connection with the fact that through the growap.eu service we enable contact via contact form, online chat or brief, we process your personal data: name and surname, email address, website address, phone number, company information, inquiry content. Processing is necessary to take action at the request of the data subject, e.g., presenting our offer, answering questions and others. In the case of personal data obtained in a manner other than above (by phone, email, etc.), we also process them exclusively for the purpose for which they were provided and for the time necessary to achieve this purpose. Providing personal data is voluntary, however necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. In order to display personalized advertisements to you, we perform profiling on the principles presented below:
- We use the Google Ads remarketing function, thanks to which we display advertisements of our company in the Google advertising network based on your behavior on the site – visiting specific subpages. Google uses cookies to display advertisements based on user visits to our website. - We also use remarketing on the Facebook.com portal, which based on cookies collected by Facebook on our site displays advertisements to people who visited our site or are similar to such a group of people. Facebook analyzes information shared by users on the portal, data from Facebook accounts and activity on websites and applications outside Facebook for the purpose of creating similar audience groups.
- As the administrator of the fanpage at https://www.facebook.com/growap/ we have access to anonymous statistical data regarding people visiting this page using the “Facebook Insights” function provided to us by Facebook. This data is collected through cookies, each of which contains a unique user code. This data is used by us for demographic, geographic and behavioral targeting of advertising campaigns on Facebook. - We use Gmail Sponsored Promotions advertisements displayed in Google Gmail. We target them through remarketing, to people visiting our site, as well as based on keywords that the Google system matches to user interests and based on interests – to people who actively search for information about products and services. In all the advertising systems mentioned above, we also match advertisements based on demographic criteria and location.
- For analytical purposes, we also use the Google Analytics tool, which collects information about your behavior on our site through cookies. We store data about users and events on our site on Google Analytics servers.
Transfer of Personal Data
- Service providers
We transfer your personal data to service providers that we use in running the service and handling orders. The controller stores your personal data for a period no longer than necessary to prepare a personalized offer or respond to other inquiries and enabling the controller to fulfill its obligations. If you submit a request to us related to the exercise of the above-mentioned rights, we respond to this request without delay, but no later than within one month of receiving it. However, if – due to the complex nature of the request or the number of requests – we will not be able to fulfill your request within one month, we will fulfill it within the next two months, informing you in advance about the extension of the deadline.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, in case you consider that the processing of personal data by Greenfields Sienkiewicz Sp. k. violates the provisions of applicable law.

As the controller of personal data, we make every effort to ensure the security of your personal data.
We commit to: securing data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, ensuring control over the correctness of personal data processing, exercising particular care so that persons authorized to process this data keep it confidential, also after completion of service provision, maintaining documentation describing the method of processing entrusted personal data and technical and organizational measures ensuring protection of processing this data, ensuring that devices, IT and telecommunications systems used for processing personal data are properly secured.
